QuickDry Restore provides professional water damage mitigation, flood cleanup, leak detection, and property restoration services. Any service performed by QuickDry Restore shall be governed by written authorization or contract between the Client and the Company, including all applicable estimates, invoices, and addenda.

3.1 Payment Terms

By submitting payment through our website or any authorized third-party processor, you agree to pay all charges for services rendered in accordance with the terms of your invoice, estimate, or signed contract.

3.2 Credit Card Authorization

You authorize QuickDry Restore to charge your credit card, debit card, or ACH account for agreed-upon services, deposits, and applicable fees. You further authorize additional charges for approved supplemental work or overdue balances. Credit card payments may be subject to a convenience or processing fee as permitted by law.

3.3 Refunds & Disputes

All payments for services rendered are final. Refunds or adjustments may be issued only in cases of billing error or written agreement between both parties. Clients agree not to file chargebacks with their financial institution without first notifying QuickDry Restore in writing and allowing ten (10) business days for resolution.

3.4 Third-Party Payment Processors

Payments made online are processed securely through [Stripe/Square/Authorize.net/etc.]. QuickDry Restore does not store your full credit card information. All financial data is encrypted and handled per PCI DSS standards.

By electronically signing a contract, form, or authorization through our website, email link, or digital signature platform (such as Zoho Sign, Jotform, or DocuSign), you agree that:

Your electronic signature is legally binding, equivalent to a handwritten signature under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act).You consent to receive, sign, and store all documents electronically.

QuickDry Restore may rely on your electronic signature for authorization of services, payments, or contract execution.

All estimates are based on observed conditions and may be subject to change after detailed inspection or discovery of hidden damage.

Scheduling of services is subject to technician availability, weather conditions, and access to the property.

By authorizing work, the Client agrees to provide safe access to the property and ensure that utilities (power, water, HVAC) are available unless otherwise noted.

QuickDry Restore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, delays, secondary damage, or dissatisfaction with insurance claim outcomes.

Liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

If services are billed through an insurance claim, the Client authorizes QuickDry Restore to communicate directly with the insurance carrier, adjuster, or representative. The Client remains responsible for all costs not covered or paid by insurance, including deductibles, denials, and non-covered items.

By submitting a contact form, calling, or providing your information through the website, you consent to receive phone calls, text messages, and emails from QuickDry Restore for the purpose of scheduling, service updates, billing, or marketing.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting .

All website materials, including logos, graphics, images, and written content, are the property of QuickDry Restore and may not be copied, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without written consent.

QuickDry Restore makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of website content but does not warrant completeness or freedom from error.
